Stage One

Billet Heating & Rolling

Raw steel billets are loaded into high-efficiency reheating furnaces and brought to precise rolling temperatures of 1100°C–1200°C. They are then passed through roughing, intermediate, and finishing roll stands to achieve the desired cross-section and dimensional accuracy.

Stage Two

Quenching & Tempering

Rolled bars pass through a proprietary quenching box where high-pressure water jets rapidly cool the surface, creating a hardened martensitic outer rim while the core remains soft and ductile. This dual-zone microstructure is the hallmark of genuine TMT steel — giving it both strength and flexibility.

Stage Three

Cooling, Cutting & QC

Bars move onto an atmospheric cooling bed for controlled temperature equalization. Once cooled, automatic flying shears cut them to standard commercial lengths. Every batch is weighed, bundled, and tested for tensile strength, yield strength, and bend before leaving the plant.
